At Ezzy Mart Appliances, we offer flexible and secure payment options. All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Accepted Payment Methods

| Pay with cash | All payments are made at the time of delivery. You can pay with cash in KES (Kenyan currency). |
| Mpesa Payment | Pay via Mpesa during delivery. Payment instructions are shared via WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, or email. The courier confirms payment before handing over the product. |
| Bank Transfer | Customers may complete payment through a direct bank transfer during delivery. Bank details are provided through WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, or email. The product is released only upon payment confirmation. |
When Am I Charged?
Payments are made on delivery for all orders, regardless of location. At checkout, customers have Cash on Delivery option only. We then coordinate with our couriers to release the item only after payment is confirmed through cash, Mpesa, or direct bank transfer. Payment instructions are shared via WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, or email prior to delivery.
Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store payment details when using MPesa or bank transfer.
Important Notes
- Keep your payment confirmation (Mpesa SMS or bank slip).
- Our delivery partners are instructed to release orders only after payment confirmation.
- Ensure your phone, WhatsApp, or email is active for payment instructions and confirmation.
- When paying with cash, make sure you have the exact amount, for our couriers may not have change
