At Ezzy Mart Appliances, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Kenya. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery methods, costs, timelines, and related information.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver orders to all major towns and cities across Kenya. If your location is outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us at support@ezzymart.ke for assistance.

2. Delivery Methods

We use trusted courier partners and local delivery services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products. Delivery options include:

  • Standard Delivery: Available nationwide
  • Store Pickup: Free pickup is available from our Ezzy Mart store

3. Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping options are:

  • Flat-Rate Delivery (Kenya-wide): KES 1,000 per order
  • Free Store Pickup: You may opt to collect your order at our Ezzy Mart Store at no extra cost. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Note: All shipping fees are fixed and displayed clearly during checkout. If you choose store pickup, no delivery charges will apply.

4. Delivery Timelines

Nairobi & Surrounding Areas 1–2 Business Days
Major Towns in Kenya 2–4 Business Days
Remote Areas 3–5 Business Days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, public holidays, and courier delays.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with:

  • An order tracking number
  • Delivery status updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on your choice of communication

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following:

  • Delayed delivery
  • Damaged packages
  • Missing items

9. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of products passes to you upon successful delivery. Ezzy Mart Appliances is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery is confirmed.
