Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or Mpesa confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items if opened (for hygiene reasons)
  • Electronics with removed warranty seals
  • Customized or special-order products

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method or via Mpesa, depending on your preference.

Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong product, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Contact us immediately upon delivery for assistance.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • For defective products, we cover the return shipping costs.
